Arduenna Silva is a very modern & design housing signed by an interior architect. It has been built with extremely noble materials and respects the best energy performance class.
Located in the village of Warempage (commune of La Roche-en-Ardenne), the house has been built on a bucolic ground in the middle of Hawthorns. It is possible to eat on the garden furniture under the coolness of the trees while watching the children playing on the private playground. You have two terraces differently exposed in search of shade or sun.
The house has huge bay windows (equipped with sunscreens) offering a superb view of the surrounding valleys.
On the first floor, you will find the living rooms:
- the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, induction cooker, Krups coffee machine (capsules), kettle, its breakfast area
- the dining room with round table and 360° view on the garden
- the small lounge area with a small TV
- a master bedroom with a 160cm bed - a children's room with two bunk beds of 80cm each. The lower bed has a fall protection barrier
- a bathroom with shower
- a separate toilet with laundry corner (washing machine + dryer)
- an infrared sauna
-Bed linen is provided for your stay. Bath towels are not provided. You can purchase the “bath towels” option from your smoobu guide.
On the first floor, you will find the mezzanine for games and reading, which overlooks the house and again offers breathtaking views. Adults can devour a book or children can use it as a playroom.
Outside, you will find two terraces, each with garden furniture, a children's playground with slide and swing, an outdoor BBQ with built-in pizza oven, a brazier. Wood is available on site.
