There is also an extra sofa bed of 140cm in one of the bedrooms. The accommodation can therefore accommodate up to 8 people (ideally max 6 adults + 2 children). Each room has a wardrobe or a control to store clothes. There is a large bathroom available with a walk-in shower, a cabinet with two basins and a toilet. There is also an additional separate toilet. One of the bedrooms has its own sink in the room. You will benefit from a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the living room. The kitchen has an oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, Philips L'Or Barista coffee machine (Nespresso capsules), dishes, pans, pots and cutlery are provided. Some condiments are at your disposal (salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil...). The living room is equipped with a large sofa + 2 armchairs. There is a flat screen smart TV with a Chrome Cast allowing you to view the content of your smartphone on the screen. In summer, you can enjoy a beautiful sunny terrace surrounding the entire apartment. Terrace furniture is at your disposal. A 2-in-1 washer-dryer is available in the laundry room. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 3-story building with an elevator. You will benefit from two private parking spaces (free of charge). If you are more of a nature lover, you can only marvel at the natural surroundings of La Roche-en-Ardenne. Let yourself be lulled by the sound of the river, by kayak or on foot. Children will love the game park or the tour of the town on the little train. In the evening, during the summer, you can sit on the quays of the Ourthe to enjoy the free sound and light show of Berthe's Ghost, a legend of the castle. If you are more experienced walkers, don't miss the 13km walk around the Nisramont dam, make the trip to the Chlorophylle Park and discover the magic of the hamlet of Borzée.
