About the Accommodation

Our flat is comfortable and tastefully decorated. It has also a small garden: nice for the summer days!

This 1 bedroom apartment is completely refurbished with quality materials and a unique decor. PHG offers you a double room with a queen-size bed (the window is equipped with an electric shutter). In the living room you will find a large flat screen TV with Netflix, comfortable couches and a dining table facing the garden window. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, fridge, dishwasher, electric stove...) with plenty of space for cooking and direct access to the garden and terrace. In the bathroom, you can enjoy a spacious shower, a sink and toilet. The whole apartment is modern, comfortable and tastefully decorated.

Bed linen is provided for your stay. Bath towels are not provided. You can purchase the “bath towels” option from your smoobu guide.

It is ideally located in the hyper-centre of Liege, 600 metres from Liege-Carré station. You can find shops, cafés and restaurants nearby.

The area is quiet and parking free and easy in front of the building.

To access the apartment, nothing could be simpler, the entrance is done in an autonomous way via a key box. (you will find the codes in your mailbox shortly before your arrival)
