At the end of a dead-end road, with a 180° panoramic view on the Ourthe valley, our family house, entirely renovated in 2019, welcomes you for green and quiet stays.
In the heart of the tourist Ardennes, 10 minutes from La Roche-en-Ardenne, 15 minutes from Hotton.
Equipped with 7 bedrooms, 6 of which are equipped with individual washbasins, its 2 shower rooms, its 4 WCs, 2 of which are separate, it is ideal for a group of up to 15 people.
The villa is located behind the road in a bucolic setting with a large garden with trees.
You can easily park several vehicles on a parking lot that is entirely dedicated to you.
On the first floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a percolator, an electric kettle, a toaster and a refrigerator/freezer. There is a large living room and a dining room with a wood burning stove and 2 toilets.
The board games will delight the youngest and the oldest to enjoy an evening without television.
On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms with washbasins.
On the second floor, three attic rooms, two of which have a sink.
The exterior consists of a private parking lot with the possibility of recharging the electric car (paying), a large private garden with trampoline, swing for the children, petanque court, garden furniture and barbecue.

The commune of Rendeux is criss-crossed by the Ourthe. This river shapes the landscape by offering valleys rich in forms: sometimes very deep or on the contrary wider, with large alluvial plains. This diversity contributes to the grandiose and therefore attractive character of the town's landscape. There are also plateaus to the east and southwest, which have a calmer relief. The vegetation is also very varied. We can find important and interesting plant associations (beech and oak forests in particular), but also large meadows. The very rich architectural heritage also justifies the tourist vocation of the Rendeus entity.
